There was a Spaniard, had a girl, and Gogo was her name-o… Gogo Rojo was one of the few women who dared to be sexy and naked in the early-1960s, although it was a smite easier for her since she did all her work in her native Spain, where that sort of thing wasn’t all that frowned upon. Still, she only appeared nude on film once, in 1962’s The Sadistic Baron Von Klaus, brought to you by the twisted genius of Jesus Franco. She appeared topless in the film several times, showing just how nice real boobs look on a prostrate woman. (Mmm….prostrate woman…) Gogo went on to appear in films such as Whisky y Vodka, ¡Viva America!, and Casa Flora, but she never really attained the fame that she so aptly deserved, neither here in America nor in Spain. Thus, after her appearance in 1975’s Maridos en vacaciones, Gogo hung ‘em up and put an end to what could have been a delightful, fulfilling career.
