It's Friday, so you all know I like to shout out some Female Filmmakers. But this month is also Black History Month, so for February, I wanted to make our Fridays extra special and extra sexy by highlighting some truly powerful Black female filmmakers who have provided us with some very tasty eye candy to devour in their films. Today let's take a look at the career and films of Numa Perrier.
Numa Perrier may be a name you've never heard before, but you need to remedy that fast. This lady has quite the resume! She was the director of several episodes of TV shows such as Queen Sugar, The Wonder Years, and Young Rock to name a few. Miss Numa was born in Haiti and raised in small-town America. Numa's best-known film to date is Jezebel which was her debut feature film. As the name suggests, this film follows some sex work!
