Them (2021) is a wild series filled with thrills, chills, and turns, and twists. Creator Little Marvin made big moves with this story on Amazon about a Black family who moves to a new house in an all-white neighborhood in Los Angeles where bad things quickly start happening to them. They find that there are evil spirits that live next door and that threaten them at every turn. Can they actually stomach staying there or is it is safer to leave? And will those things follow them wherever they go? Check out this nuanced look at being a Black outsider in white American neighborhoods that blends social criticism with horror. It also manages to blend beauties and babes for us to check out throughout the series. Series star Deborah Ayorinde plays Lucky Emory, but she leaves us feeling like we are the lucky ones when she strips down to her skivvies as she is getting busy with her man.
