Two weeks ago I got smashed watching the three hour finale marathon of A Double Shot at Love during which I yelled at the TV that I would get my time with the Ikki Twins. Now- I realize that declaring something to your television in a drunken stupor doesn't always mean that it's going to happen, but I didn't expect to be presented with the opportunity just a short while later...

For those of you who live in Chi-town; the Ikki Twins were just in town this last Friday the 13th at BonV Nightclub. A friend of mine knows someone who was working the DJ Booth and heard that the ladies would be coming in and looking for a good time.

Thanks to the wonders of Facebook, I left them a little message about stopping by and saying hello (if they were in fact looking for some cute girls to make out with I wanted to offer some quality lip-service to both of them). Sadly, I ended up going away for the weekend because I couldn't take the cold anymore, so I missed the big party...

What I NEVER expected was a message back from them to see if I had made it out! Once I was done flipping out over my little one line message from them I started to feel HORRIBLE that I didn't make it out, so I wrote them a letter...

Dear Foxy Foxes,

First off, I would like to say I am BEYOND sorry that I didn't make it to your party. I heard from a little birdie that was there that you had a good time, and from the pictures that I saw it looks like you did! How did you like Chicago? Where did you stay? You said the Chi guys weren't very shy, what about the girls? Did you hook up with any hotties despite how cold it was?

I'm kicking myself for not being there, (I've got so many questions!) So- I want to extend an invitation to a Big O style date the next time you're in town... I've been wanting to Skin-terview you both since I started doing research before your show came out, and since I'm sure you get plenty of offers I thought I should make things interesting.

A Big O day with the Ikki Twins:

  • We would start the day at Ann Sathers, for the best Swedish pancakes and they're famous Cinnamon Rolls since I know how you like it sticky and sweet (I call them Skin-namon rolls).
  • Then it's off to the Skin-pire where we can have our formal but fun Skin-terview and a Feast lunch with Mr. Skin and the Skinployees.
  • Since I don't know what else you did while you were here, I've got some places you should see that you would never know about if you weren't with a lifetime Chicagoan...
  • After a little pre-party pampering at my favorite salon- we'll have a nice late dinner before heading out for a borderline rowdy night on the town complete with bottles of Champagne and dancing till we can't wear our shoes anymore.
  • Then of course it's back to the Hotel for a little after-party... Clothes and inhibitions will be optional at that point...

I hope you give me a chance to redeem myself for missing the party, I guarantee it would be worth it! For now I'm just going to be patient and wait to hear from you, but in the meantime...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRLS!!! May this year be your best yet!

For those of you following the Anatomy Awards- I had to wait a whole week to see who won my favorite categories, it was a struggle, but I managed to keep myself entertained...

Many thanks to Chris Roo for my photos and B.Love for the video...
