Sworn Justice: Taken Before Christmas (2023)

Despite the hyphen in the title of the BET+ Original Movie Sworn Justice: Taken Before Christmas (2023), it's not part of a larger franchise. Just before the titular holiday, no nonsense detective Sophie (Mishael Morgan) and her DA boyfriend Ty Jarrett (Leland B. Martin) are on opposite ends of the city when they each receive a text message informing them that the other has been kidnapped and they are to follow an exacting and menacing set of instructions if they ever want to see one another again. Little does this malicious prankster realize that they're absolutely messing with the wrong people! While the sexy Mishael Morgan does have a pair of sex scenes in the flick, she sadly keeps her bra on for both of them which is a bit of a yuletide disappointment if we're being honest.
