Eva Amurri impressed mom with nude scenes.
Here at Mr. Skin, we've talked a lot about the incredible Eva Amurri nude scenes on the current season of Californication. In fact, we liked them so much, Eva topped our lists of the Top 10 Nude Scenes of 2009 and Top 10 Nudecomers of 2009. But we're not the only ones who can't shut up about Eva and her awesomely endowed bod; mom Susan Sarandon can't stop talking about it either!
Before Eva's first nude scene aired, Susan gave her endorsement, saying:
She plays a woman who, as far as I can tell, is really in charge of her life and is not a victim. So it sounded to me like it would be a blast. I've already seen the nudity, and she looks beautiful.
Now that the rest of the world has seen her daughter naked, Susan is giving credit where it's due:
There’s no way to push my daughter into doing anything. She didn’t ask permission, she’s a grown woman. I thought she did a brilliant job!
She has an absolutely unbelievable God-given body . . . and handled herself really well. If she’s ever going to [be naked on TV] it should be now.We totally agree, Susan. Although we'd add that if she's going to be naked on TV (or in movies) it should be not only now but next year and the year after that and the year after that . . . Susan did her final nude scene (so far) at fifty, so there's no reason Eva can't follow in mom's flesh-flashing footsteps for decades to come.
