Not to be confused with Latina singer-songwriter Sarah Silva, this brunette beauty started her acting on the stage while growing up in San Mateo, California. She continued her training at UCLA where she appeared in a handful of student films, and then made the move to New York City to study with James Franco. Her first feature length film role was in the 2020 horror Sleepaway Slasher. Just two years later, Sara would crank up the sexy in her career as a drug dealer/sex worker in the fictional music biopic Taurus starring Machine Gun Kelly. She wears a barely-there matching bra and panty set and a pair of killer thigh high boots while sitting on the couch waiting for MGK to make his move. Eventually they take things outside by the pool, where we see a bit of side cheek while she rides him reverse cowgirl-style. In the same year, she popped up on three popular television series: The Boys, Grown-ish, and American Horror Story, so we think the chances of seeing more skin from Sara are actually pretty good!
