Michelle Williams is officially Dying for Sex...on TV! She is set to star in a new FX series based on a podcast from the Wondery network. The series is based on a true story told by podcast host Nikki Boyer who is allegedly basing it on the life of one of her best friends. She is dying and she wants to feel alive. What better way to do that than with sex? And we feel alive watching Michelle Williams nude!
The series has some real powerhouses behind it. Yes, Michelle Williams is starring (and likely executive producing) while Liz Meriwether and Kim Rosenstock will be writing the series. Those are two people whose work you are certainly familiar with. Liz Meriwether is responsible for things like New Girl and No Strings Attached.
Kim Rosenstock, meanwhile, writes for Only Murders in the Building. The two women will also be showrunners for the series that is going to be directed by Leslye Headland. That is a trio of strong, creative women who are not known to shy away from difficult and sexy subjects. Throw in Michelle Williams who has done a great deal of nudity and a series that has sex in the title and we are in for something seriously skintastic.
So what is the series going to be about? Michelle is set to play a woman who gets diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer and leaves her husband to explore her sexuality before the possibility of worse things to come.
She lets loose and lives a wild life filled with sexual escapades that make her feel alive. The series is funny, sexy, sweet, and a little bit sad as we all know that her diagnosis is not good. The character must deal with cancer, and her past trauma, and attempt to make the best of life.
Michelle Williams is the perfect person for this story. Not only is she one of the greatest living actresses of our time, but she is also drop-dead sexy. Let's face it: we have seen Michelle Williams nude a lot. She is one of our favorite group shower scenes of all time in the film Take This Waltz. She goes full-frontal alongside other beautiful babes among other nude scenes in the film.
That's not her only nudity! Far from it!
Michelle is topless in Incendiary, butt naked in Blue Valentine, lezzing out in If These Walls Could Talk 2, breastacular in Brokeback Mountain and so much more. Michelle makes going nude look easy peasy. She does it so naturally and so beautifully that I wish other actresses would find inspiration in her body of work...and her hot body.
