A Chicago native with dual degrees in law and business from Northwestern University, Meredith began her career in modeling and real estate development while owning a wealth club before switching over to jewelry design. Also a wife and mother, Meredith became a reality television star in 2020 as one of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, and gained national attention for her dust up with Angie Katsanevas in the fourth season.
