Maestro in Blue (2022)

Musican Orestis (Christopher Papakaliatis) is hired by successful businessman and mayoral candidate Fanis (Fanis Mouratidis) to help bring a pre-Covid musical festival back to the Greek island of Paxos. When Orestis arrives on the isle, he meets Fanis’s moody daughter Klelia (Klelia Andriolatou) and then he and the audience slowly get introduced to the rest of the family - and their dirty secrets. Klelia’s mother (and Fanis’ wife) Sofia (Marisha Triantafyllidou) is having affair and has to have an abortion, Klelia’s brother Antonis (Orestis Chalkias) is also sneaking around with his forbidden love Spyros (Yorgos Benos), and it turns out some of Fanis’s business dealings are super shady. It’s no surprise to learn that star Papakaliatis also wrote and directed the series once you see how ladies like Klelia and Stefania Goulioti can’t seem to keep their tops on around him! Hopefully season two sees him conduct away their bottoms too!
