Land ho! That’s what a shipwrecked mute with no legs must be thinking when he washes ashore in 1863 Acadia and is nursed back to health by the sexy wife of a former soldier in Le Secret de Jérôme (1994). The woman’s husband gets enraged with jealousy and huffs off to go find some other booty in the form of pirate treasure. Meanwhile, his hot, childless wife is left to tend to what she desires most -- the seaman!
