George & Tammy (2022-2023)

Fresh off her acclaimed performance as televangelist Tammy Faye Bakker, the gorgeous and graceful Jessica Chastain steps into the shoes of another Tammy, this time hairdresser-turned-country music icon Tammy Wynette. She stars opposite Michael Shannon as her troubled third husband, famous country musician George Jones, in this limited series that follows the duo's tumultuous partnership and love affair. After a less-than-professional first meeting in George’s hotel room to plead her case for joining his tour as the opening act, the two develop an undeniable connection, which doesn’t sit well with her husband at the time, aspiring songwriter Don Chapel. At one point, a jealous Don ends up snapping a photo of her in the shower. She wasn’t too pleased, but we’re happy any time we get to see some sexy sideboob from Jessica. You might say we stand by her mams!
