Y: The Last Man (2021)

Based on the comic book series of the same name by Brian K. Vaughn and Pia Guerra, Y: The Last Man is a television series nearly 20 years in the making that finally came to FX and Hulu in the late summer of 2021! Ben Schnetzer stars as the Yorick Brown, the titular last male in the world following a mysterious plague that instantaneously wipes out every living thing with a Y chromosome, save Yorick and his pet capuchin monkey Ampersand. Yorick's mother (Diane Lane) is a powerful United States Senator who becomes President after every male member of the government higher up on the chain disappears. Her first act is to order her son to be protected by Agent 355 (Ashley Romans), a member of the fabled Culper Ring, and to bring him to a secret medical facility where they can hopefully figure out why he didn't perish and if there is any hope for humanity. Factions quickly form and sides are taken up as a society completely devoid of men fight to either keep things that way or discover if there's a way to bring men back from extinction. Also in the mix is Yorick's older sister Hero (Olivia Thirlby) who is sympathetic to her brother's plight, but also has her own agenda which may run counter to her brother's survival! The show got off to a skinsational start with a brief look at Olivia Thirlby's bare ass when she wakes up nude on a gurney, along with some sexy non-nude support from both Ashley Romans and Amber Tamblyn! Fingers crossed this world full of women starts getting more and more nude as the series progresses!
