Ganglands (2021-2023)

The French Netflix crime series Braqueurs, or Ganglands, debuted on the streaming service in the early fall of 2021 and brought us a gritty look inside the insanely territorial world of criminals. Two low level hoods—and lesbian lovers—Shainez (Sofia Lesaffre) and Liana (Tracy Gotoas) decide to beat up a drug dealer and steal his supply so they can make some quick money. The only problem is that the drug dealer they beat up works for a ruthless drug kingpin named Saber (Salim Kechiouche), who discovers what the two have done and kidnaps Shainez. With no one else to turn to, Liana goes to meet with Shainez's uncle Mehdi (Sami Bouajila) a highly skilled and equally ruthless thief who values nothing in this world above his family. With his skills and Liana's drive and determination to get her lover back safe from harm, they are sure to make a formidable pair. However, with the notoriously territorial criminal worlds they're sure to cross in order to achieve their goals, it won't just be one set of criminals out to stop them. They're going to attract the attention of nearly the entire European crime world in their quest to save the woman they both love. Though the first season is jam packed with action, it's not the kind of action we love here at Mr. Skin! The fifth episode does find the sexy Amelia Colonnello showing off her body in some sexy underwear, but there's absolutely no nudity to be found in the show! If you ask us, that is perhaps the greatest crime any show can commit, even one about criminals!
