There's not much going on in mainstream Blu-ray releases this week, but we've got a few arthouse chicks in arthouse flicks who are willing to bare all for their art: First, Shanyn Leigh goes out with a bang as an artist facing the end of the world in 4:44 Last Day on Earth (2012), then Michelle Jenner shows off her out-of-this-world ass in Extraterrestrial (2011), Audrey Tautou flashes her tit-ou in Dirty Pretty Things (2002), Billie Neal lets down her bra in Down by Law (1986), and finally Blair Brown gets us high on hooters in Altered States (1980):
A doomed couple waits out the apocalypse in 4:44 Last Day on Earth (2012). The ozone layer has depleted to a point of no return, and a cataclysmic event is predicted to occur worldwide at 4:44 a.m. New Yorker Cisco (Willem Dafoe) and his much younger girlfriend, Skye (Shanyn Leigh), decide to continue with business as usual while waiting for their untimely end. They carry on normally, check in with friends and family, and do the horizontal hokey pokey for the very last time. The apocalypse is kind of a bummer, but 
Shanyn will perk you right up when she displays her dainty dumplings, cute caboose, and shaved south as she gets fondled by Willem Dafoe. Everything may be going to hell, but at least we got to see heaven first!
An alien invasion provides the backdrop for a comedy of adulterous errors in Extraterrestrial (2011). Julio (Julian Villagran) wakes up in Julia’s (Michelle Jenner) bed after a drunken one night stand. He's disappointed to learn that she already has a boyfriend, Carlos (Raul Cimas), but as Julio prepares for his walk of shame he realizes that his cell phone no longer works. Maybe it's the huge alien spacecraft hovering over the city? Now the pair is trapped in the apartment along with Julia’s nutty neighbor, Angel (Carlos Areces). Michelle struts out wearing only a towel at the 45-minute mark, and as she walks away we see that it doesn't fully cover her bodacious backside. Now if we could just get a look at her Unidentified Funbag Objects!
Dirty Pretty Things (2002) concerns the goings on at a no-tell motel in London. The place is populated by fringe employees, like Audrey Tautou, a maid, and the black doorman, both of whom are illegal immigrants. The doorman is actually a doctor in his native land and is coaxed into removing people’s kidneys for the 
disreputable manager to sell on the black market in exchange for a passport. Audrey is tempted, which is good, because it provides the film with its only glimpse of skin at the one hour, eight minute mark. But Mr. Skin would rather buy a boob.
Eccentric convicts Tom Waits, Roberto Benigni, and John Lurie go on the run in the indie-film classic Down by Law (1986). Director Jim Jarmusch utilizes his signature BW photography and meandering dialogue in this tale of three convicts who escape from a New Orleans prison and flee through the bayou. The pace is slower than an eighty-year-old waitress in a Georgia diner, but stick with it and you'll find that this quirky comedy is one to savor. The sight of Billie Neal's beautiful brown skin glistening with sweat as she full-frontally berates no-good pimp Jack (Lurie) 11 minutes in doesn't hurt, either.
Ken Russell directs another mind blower from a long career of expanding minds. Altered States (1980) stars William Hurt as a wacky scientist who experiments with drugs and sensory deprivation to explore man's collective unconscious. That leads Hurt to regress into primitive man and run wild at the local zoo, where he munches down on raw antelope. Unearthing the unconscious source of man's desires naturally makes Hurt one horny camper, and he pitches his tent for his wife, played by Blair Brown, several times in the flick. She is seen topless in a sex scene with Hurt and gives a pleasant rear view as the film ends. Hurt even gets into the act, exposing his man-ass and even a flaccid pecker, if you go that way. Mr. Skin will have whatever he's smoking!
