Chiche bombón (2004)

Andrea Galante is Chiche bombón (2004), a twenty-seven-year-old Argentinean stunner who gets knocked up by the boy next door. He's Federico Canepa, and he's ten years younger than yummy Andrea. This gets tongues wagging in their backwater burg, where gossips Vivien El Javer and Reneé Roxana Darín live to chatter, twitter, and titter about their no-good neighbors. They're scandalized by the affair that got poor Federico tossed out by his family . . . and landed Andrea in the family way. When the couple decides to break with small-town convention and shack up together, it becomes clear that neither can see very far into the future and that maturity is a long way off for these young, confused hot-to-trots.
