Review

It took the 22nd of the Carry On series of movies to produce its first box office flop, Carry On At Your Convenience (1971). The movie is about a toilet manufacturing company. The head of the union is making an endless amount of trouble for the boss, and to top things off, is always calling for another strike. One of the employees designs a new public bathroom that features a bidet, but the managers don’t like the idea. An intermediary between all the warring parties steps in to aid the only other sensible member of the factory, mainly in the hopes of winning over his attractive daughter. The story follows through numerous events that occur during these times of tribulation for the toilet company.

Jacki Piper plays Myrtle Plummer, the attractive daughter of Sid Plummer. She has a couple of scenes where she’s wearing a hot nightie or is found prancing around the room in her underwear. She’s probably the only reason not to flush this movie down the toilet.
