Everyone and their MILF is talking about Saltburn, which just made the jump from theaters to Amazon Prime for your at-home viewing pleasure. People are talking about Saltburn for many reasons. Reasons that we'll tell you when you're older, because they're just that crazy. (Actually we'll tell you below, but you've been warned!) However we're watching Saltburn because Alison Oliver is a total babe, and shows some skin as Venetia. Plus she has an awesome nudity history that Saltburn fans would be wise to check out!
But First, What Is Saltburn About?
In Saltburn, Barry Keoghan stars as a college student named Oliver who takes on a Talented Mr. Ripley-esque obsession with his classmate Felix (2023’s other male breakout star Jacob Elordi). Oliver endears himself to Felix so much so that the well-off Felix invites Oliver to his family’s ritzy estate, called Saltburn, for the summer after learning that Oliver has nowhere else to go.
HUGE SPOILERS AHEAD. The emotionally troubled Oliver cannot mitigate his sexual frustration, and expresses his insatiable desire for Felix's affection in, let’s say, complex ways. Ahem, he drinks Felix's bathwater after Felix jerks off in the tub, ahem. Felix tires of Oliver while at Saltburn but is unable to get rid of him when Oliver embeds himself deep in Felix's family affairs. When Oliver is discovered to be a con artist (he made up a sob story about his childhood), he's finally banished from Saltburn. Or at least, that's the plan until Oliver murders Felix and Felix's sister Venetia, wins over the family's matriarch, played by Rosamund Pike, and eventually murders her to become to owner of Saltburn himself. As you do!
Who Is Alison Oliver In Saltburn?
Alison's character Venetia is Felix's depressed sister who takes on a passive interest in the friends Felix brings to Saltburn. She lays around the mansion and its grounds chainsmoking and drinking. She's intrigued by Oliver, and enjoys some intimate moments with him (more on that in a bit), but loses interest in her new play thing just as Felix does. Also, Venetia seems to be the only family member to fully grasp Oliver's plan to infiltrate their lives.
