Rather than mourn the Playboy Mansion, which has officially been put on the market, get a whole bunch of friends together, buy this bad boy, and let the legend live on!

Hugh Hefner is putting his beloved Playboy Mansion on the market with an asking price of $200 million, though the one caveat to the dealaccording to XBIZis that Hefner is allowed to live there until he dies...

The 14,217-square-foot, Gothic-style palace has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

The entire property is sprawling, and includes a game room, tennis courts, zoo, pool and the infamous grotto.

The $200 million sticker price, however, has many scratching their heads.

In a 2011 suit alleging that Hefner had vastly undervalued the property when he took his company private, the house’s value was set at $54 million. And Zillow estimates the property is currently worth about $34 million.

TMZ, citing local real estate agents, said the mansion is more likely to go for between $80 million and $90 million.

Hefner bought the property for $1.05 million in 1971.

CNN Money has some nice images of the mansion, the interior, and the grounds, so check those out as well!
