Every so often a scene gets paired with a song that, for better or worse, ends up making it that much more memorable, and this Tunes-day’s pick is hot off the pussy presses!

Get ready to meet the newly streaming Polish dramedy series Warszawianka on the European platform SkyShowtime. The first script written directly for television by author Jakub Żulczyk (who made headlines when he called Polish President and Donald Trump cohort Andrzej Duda an “idiot” on social media), it’s about a 40-year-old writer (go figure) trying to finish his second novel while going thru a predictable mid-life crisis filled with the usual booze, drugs, and sex with younger women.

Songs in the Key Of Nudity: Polish Pussy Party

Borys Szyc plays the Polish protagonist, typical man-child Franciszek "Czuły" Czułkowski, as he parties his way through life to escape adulthood - but as Episode 7 clearly indicates, the real party is in the pants of Paulina Galazka.

Paulina strips down to a pair of black undies while pouring champagne down her body for Borys to lick off and spit back in her mouth as the duo dance, spank, and smooch all to a song called “Party in My Pussy.”

Songs in the Key Of Nudity: Polish Pussy Party

****

The song choice is ironic for two big reasons: the first being that throughout all their antics we never actually see Paulina’s poon, only her champagne-soaked suck sacks. It’s especially off-putting because the song doesn’t just casually mention that part of the anatomy, oh no… in the section used, the words “my pussy” make up practically the entire tune.

The second is that the song is definitely not party music, it’s a slow and easy, almost ballad-like number that directly clashes with the action on screen. That seems to cross off the idea that the song was picked without knowing what the English lyrics meant. However, assuming whoever picked the song was familiar with the source material, there’s a good chance that it was intentional. The song comes from French avant-garde band Catastrophe and its video features a bunch of male-presenting actors dressed as living statues singing about their pussies presumably because they are this new breed of human that has moved beyond sex/gender.

But because the scene in Warszawianka doesn’t seem to be making any sort of statement about the sexes, it’s probably safe to say it was simply picked because of the repeated use of the word and its association with sex. Or maybe it’s pointing out that the real pussy is Borys’s character, a fool who’s afraid that his best years are behind him? Who knew a party in one’s pussy could get that deep?
