There is going to be a Madonna biopic and the news has leaked that the role might be going to Julia Garner. You know and love Julia Garner from Ozark and the new Netflix series Inventing Anna. Her star is on the rise and she is gorgeous, so it only makes sense that she plays Madonna. Plus the biopic is written by Diablo Cody and directed by the one and only Madonna herself.
All of this seems like there will be a high probability that we will see nude scenes!
So Julia Garner is going to play Madonna...well, maybe. All of the headlines were reporting that she was OFFERED or CHOSEN for the role. It is not yet 100% confirmed that she took the part, but I really think she should. I think that she actually does bear an amazing resemblance to young Madonna. The two have a similar face shape and they look good as blonds. We have also seen them both naked and they have hot bods!
Julia has not gone naked as much as Madonna has, but it is possible that if Julia played Madonna in a biopic then she would go nude. Madonna's career was filled with sex and provocation. In a biopic of Madonna, I'm fairly certain that there would be a few scenes reenacting The Sex Book, The Vogue tour, and her movie Madonna: Truth or Dare.
Let's all try to convince Julia Garner to take this role! We need it. Madonna needs it! And you wouldn't want to disappoint the one and only Queen of Pop would you? I didn't think so!
Madonna is the queen of pop, but she's also the queen of being naked onscreen. She's gone nude more than a lot of people probably realize. From Body of Evidence to her earliest nude scene in A Certain Sacrifice, Madonna has never been shy about going nude. Even her early nude photographs that she posed for photographer friends proved that Madonna saw it all as pertinent to her career. I sincerely hope that Julia Garner takes this role and that she emulates and recreates some of these iconic, nude Madonna moments. It would be the only way to tell Madonna's life story!
Going nude and celebrating sexiness was a huge part of Madonna's life. It still is to some extent. Early in her career, she wanted to make a name for herself and she knew that sex sells. And guess what? It DID sell! The poor teen dancer from Michigan was determined to make it big at any cost and she did exactly that. She's not "Like a Virgin" anymore.
