Celebrating his 83rd birthday yesterday, Playboy founder Hugh Hefner held a day-long rager at the Palms Resort & Casino in Las Vegas and partied in true Playboy style.

Last year, Hef got a surprise lapdance from a completely nude Pamela Anderson to commemorate his 82nd year above ground, a gift that set the bar impossibly high for the future.

But number 83 was no slouch and Hef made merry with his three former girlfriends and The Girls Next Door stars Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson and their next generation replacements Crystal Harris and the Shannon twins Karissa and Kristina.

It looks like Hef has discarded three Queens and drawn three more, keeping his full house. But you’ll have a jack in your hand.

22 year-old Crystal, who describes herself as "a good girl, for the most part," is joined by naughty 19 year-old naked nubiles Karissa and Kristina, who were with battery in 2007.

"As you can tell I am very, very happy. To celebrate my birthday with new girlfriends and former girlfriends is perfect, it’s wonderful," reflected Hefner. "I’ve had a life well-lived with so much satisfaction, I enjoy just looking back."
