Britney Spears has had quite the year. She was freed from her conservatorship and then she got engaged to her long term boyfriend Sam Ashgari. The beautiful and free pop star got married to her beau yesterday, but all anyone can talk about is the fact that the bride kissed...Madonna! That's right: Madonna and Britney Spears shared a lesbian kiss yet AGAIN.
I know we JUST talked about Madonna yesterday because her biopic cast Julia Garner to play Madonna and that was breaking news for fans of Skin and beautiful women. I know I just talked about her, but she is literally the decades-proven queen of making headlines. So it's not out of the question that she would make headlines day after day. This time she has decided to pull focus at Britney Spears' own wedding by kissing the bride. I have a feeling that the groom did not mind!

A lot more drama happened at Britney's wedding too. Could we expect anything less from the world-famous popstar who has been the subject of documentaries, podcasts, and countless articles in this past year alone? Apparently, her ex-husband crashed the wedding and police were called to escort him off the premises. It wasn't Kevin Federline - it was that guy named Jason Alexander (no, not the famous one) whom she married for all of 55 hours in Las Vegas before annulling the marriage. What could he possibly want?! It seems pretty clear that he wanted to get up close and personal to the gorgeous Britney Spears, just like the rest of us.
So that was a headline-grabbing moment. The guest list included Drew Barrymore, Paris Hilton, Selena Gomez, Donatella Versace, and the one and only Madonna. That is a stellar guest list filled with Hollywood's hottest who's who of sexy and charming women. Madonna was obviously a major guest of honor among this crew (although Donnatella Versace might have her beat for older woman star power). They smooched for the camera, giving everyone the same titillating experience that they gave all the way back in 2003.
Britney and Madonna are recreating their famous kiss from the MTV Video Music Awards. Remember this sexy kiss in which Britney donned a short version of Madonna's "Like a Virgin" bridal outfit. Madonna, wearing all black, turned to one side to tongue-kiss Britney Spears, and then she turned to the other side to give some lip-locking love to Christina Aguilera (who did not appear to get an invite to the wedding). This sapphic scene had everyone talking back then! The queen of pop was essentially knighting the younger pop stars with her tongue and they graciously swallowed her spit in their mouths. I imagine. It looks like it anyway!
