Funny Story is one of those comedies where a guy from the old school has to deal with the new school and can either succumb to the pressure or sack up and face this brave new world. Judd Apatow has made this movie five or six times now, and in this flick, a dad has to come to terms with the fact that his daughter is not only a lesbian, she's also been in a relationship with a woman for a year and a half.
Yes, that is Glenn Guglia, Drew Barrymore's dirtbag fiancé from The Wedding Singer, in the lead role. Good to seeMatthew Glave getting work, though IMDb claims he was also in Argo. Not buying it. I've seen Argo and I don't remember him. Anyways, he's supposedly great in the film, but the really great news is that we know this flick has got nudity!
51 minutes in, Jana Winternitz gets into the bathtub naked and we see herbunsandleft breastfrom the side. Five minutes later, Aschleigh Jensen takes off her top to get into the shower, showing off her boobs and buns! And in case you were wondering, the chick with the great cleavage from the beginning of the trailer is Daisye Tutor. She's not on the site yet, unfortunately.
Funny Story debuted at Slamdance last January and has yet to announce a North American release date, but keep your eyes peeled for this one.
