El Juego de las Llaves translates from Spanish to English as A Game of Keys. Get it? Keys? Like swingers putting their keys in a bowl to swap partners? That's sort of the idea here. Four couples exchange keys and explore one another sexually in this very funny comedy oozing with sex.
