This Netflix original film is about a man who runs a wealthy town's security systems. It turns out that he has a lot of power peering into the lives of the rich and famous. He is an outsider, but he has all access to powerful people's homes. His footage and his skills are needed when a girl accuses one of these rich guys of a heinous crime. Her story has holes and the police don't trust her because her father is currently being investigated for other crimes.
