Next week, it looks as though Emilia Clarke's Dany finally comes face to face with the man whostabbed her father in the back, Jaime Lannister. With only five more episodes to go, things are really getting heated on Game of Thrones and each episode is likely going to have a dozen or more big moments that fans have been waiting for from the very beginning. I definitely think this confrontation between Dany and Jaime is one of those moments.
At the same time, there's a lot of storytelling time left over the next five episodes—the final three of which will run close to ninety minutes a piece—so this plot line may not be resolved by the end of episode two. I think we can expect Jaime Lannister to survive for at least a few more weeks, though no one's ever truly safe in the Game of Thrones.
