Mike Flanagan's latest horror show is upon us which means we are fully in the middle of Spooky Season 2023. This year the show that he treated us all to has some sex in it - and some nudity. His latest show is called The Fall of the House of Usher and it brings drama, blood, gore, scares, screams, and creams because there is even a titillating sex party in the series.
Bruce Greenwood stars as the patriarch of a very wealthy family whose wealth comes from questionable means. All of his children also do questionable things and throughout the season we learn about his children's different gruesome deaths. Why have they all died? Well, that's what we come to find out!
This is an adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe's The Fall of the House of Usher AND several of his infamous short stories including The Tell-Tale Heart, The Pit and the Pendulum, The Gold-Bug, Murder in the Rue Morgue, The Raven, The Black Cat, and The Masque of the Red Death. It's that final title - which comes early in the season - is the one that brings us a wild sex party.
The series brings back our favorites like gorgeous actresses Carla Gugino and Kate Siegel (who is also Mike Flanagan's wife) among other fan favorites from the Flanagan-verse. This episode, however, brings us new people and babes who show boobage.
In this episode, the youngest Usher wants to use his family money to open up a selective nightclub. His father and aunt are not happy with his idea at all. He decides to do it anyway - without their blessing - and he invites people to the opening of his sex party. According to him, everyone will be "sucking and fucking". That's exactly what goes down!
Drugs are plentiful and people are wearing next to nothing as they all attend the masquerade. He also insists upon unleashing sprinklers at one point during the night to make everyone wet and wild dance party. The party itself features a lot of unnamed extras and some of them are not dressed. We all wish we got an invite to this party!
This all-night sex party comes after a morning in which our leading man wakes up in the middle of a sea of naked people. It is implied that he had an orgy the night before - and potentially every single night. He's a young stallion and he loves to party.

She lays down with her tits out in a sea of people who are half-dressed and touching each other. I know they are all on drugs, but this scene itself is getting me high. I don't even need any help!
Is this Mike Flanagan's best series because of scenes like this? I think it might be! Let's see what he comes up with next year.
