The beautiful Belinda Carlisle is synonymous with female rock-n-roll. This babely blonde beauty—born in the City of Angels in 1958—is best known for being the lead singer of the punk-pop female rock band The Go-Gos. It's her iconic voice behind such hits as "Vacation", "Head Over Heels", "The Beat" and "Our Lips are Sealed" just to name a few. She helped start the band in the 1970s when she was just a punk teenager in Los Angeles. She and the band launched to major success in the early 1980s and are still the top-selling female rock band of all time. Of all time! They toured the world until tensions flared in the group over differences in money and fame. Belinda, obviously, took a lot of blame from other band members for being the face of the group and perhaps the most famous member. Well, it's easy to see why! When the band broke up in 1985, Belinda tried her hand at a solo career. It sadly never took off the same way that The Go-Gos did, though "Heaven is a Place on Earth" can still be heard on the radio to this very day. In the 90s, she and the Go-Gos got back together for reunion tours and even began recording some new music! Belinda was not only cool as hell, but she was also smoking hot. Belinda had a lovely body which made her the best frontwoman for the all-girl group. She and the other babes graced the cover of Rolling Stone one year in which they all showed up in their underwear.
