Wrestlers (2023)

A seven-part sports documentary that centers on the Ohio Valley Wrestling Gym, a a popular wrestling company in Louisville, Kentucky. Run by former WWE fighter Al Snow, the OVW is where many professional wrestlers get their start but at the time of filming, the organization is floundering financially, prompting the addition of new investors Matt Jones and Craig Greenberg. While they are excited to breath new life into the OVW, the old guard, including wrestlers and staff, are wary about change. One of Matt and Craig’s big new ideas is a summer tour, the success (or lack) of which will likely determine the fate of the company. At one point we see arrival footage of Trish Stratus and Stacy Keibler in their Bra & Panties Match. Reality star Stacy gets stripped down to her pink thong by a victorious Trish as they are dubbed the “tits and ass” of the profession during one of the confessionals. Ring-a-ding ding!
