What About Allison Williams? Will She Be Topless?
When it comes to nudity on television no one does it better than HBO. Of course, when I say HBO we all instantly think of Games of Thrones, but what show would you pick as the #2? Well, that answer is kind of simple as well… Girls.
In a recent interview on Huffpost Live,Girls executive producer Jenni Konner and cast members Jemima Kirke, Zosia Mamet, Jack Lacy, and Alex Karpovsky talk about how they approach the nudity and sex on the show. According to Jake Lacy the sex scenes are talked about, rehearsed, and the overall process is handled, in his words,“incredibly professionally and delicately.”
Also, it might interesting to some that Jenni Konner and Lena Dunham will often act out the sex (probably fully dressed) so the actors can see what kind of steamy romance the scene requires. Sadly there was no word on whether or not Allison Williams was finally going to topless on the new season of Girls. I guess we will all just have to sit around and wait for another couple of days to find out. Season 5 of Girls is set to premiere on HBO this Sunday, February 21st and no doubt there will be some steamy sex, some great nudity, and hopefully a topless Allison Williams.
