Sarah Jessica Parker Said No To Nudity
Having watched almost every episode of Sex and The City,I always wondered why we never saw Carrie Bradshaw go topless. It seemed odd because she was the main character and it was her search for love that we followed. Well, we've just come to find out Sarah Jessica Parker had it written into her contract that her boobs would never be seen.
It is a little hard to believe that a show about 4 women looking for love and success in the Big Apple would only have 3 of those 4 go topless. But it’s true, Sarah Jessica Parker never wanted to let her beautiful breasts be seen by the world; or as she put it:
"I was not comfortable with nude scenes, scenes with sex toys, or vulgar language – so I didn't do any. My character Carrie, kissed a lot of men – but that's as far as it went."
Don’t get me wrong Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixondid their best to make up for the fact Sarah Jessica Parker never removed her bra. Some might say that Kim Cattrall went above and beyond when it came to going nude, but how much more awesome would the show have been if Sarah Jessica Parker had let out her Sarah Jessica Boobies?
