The Defeated (2020)

Set in the ruins of post World War II Berlin, the television miniseries The Defeated—also known as Shadowplay—premiered on German television in late 2020 before making its North American debut on Netflix in the summer of the following year! Former Friday Night Lights star Taylor Kitsch stars as Max McLaughlin, an American cop who is sent to Berlin in 1946 to help establish a civilian police force within the divided city. Max has an ulterior motive for traveling to Berlin as well, though, which is to find his brother Moritz (Logan Marshall-Green) who went missing just before the end of the war and whom Max suspects is still being held prisoner somewhere in the city. Max also soon finds himself embroiled in a bit of love espionage when he becomes torn between British aristocrat Claire Franklin (Tuppence Middleton), whose motives seem suspect at best, and rookie German policewoman Elsie Garten (Nina Hoss), who is a little wet behind the ears but seems very earnest in her desire to help him find his brother. Further complicating things is Claire's husband Tom (Michael C. Hall), whose financial interests in rebuilding Berlin seem to be guiding things a little too favorably in his direction. Although the show features some female nudity in episode five, it's all uncredited and thus can't be featured here on our site. However, there is plenty of sexy action from some of the show's stars, including a leggy look at Tuppence Middleton's slip, some pert pokies from Mala Emde, and a sexy scene where Mala cuddles in bed with Anne Ratte-Polle with both babes in their underwear!
