The Cain Complex (2015)

The home invasion thriller The Cain Complex (2015) is something of a passion project for Marcello Zamarripa who wrote, directed, and plays the lead role of Mateo, a man suffering from a major bout of PTSD related to an incident with his brother. What he thought would be a relaxing weekend alone while his wife and children are away turns into a literal hell when four masked bandits break into his home and threaten him with guns! Rather than cower to their demands, however, Mateo decides to fight back. With only hours left until his family returns, he must make a last stand to keep his home and his family safe!
