The year was 1999. Dawson Creek's James Van Der Beek was the leading man in a teen football drama that would become one of the most popular movies that year. Yes, he was excellent in the MTV-produced and Brian Robbinsdirected Varsity Blues, but he wasn't the star in Mr. Skin's eyes. Tonie Perensky absolutely stole the show! Let's throw it back to her skincredible performance.
Tonie Perensky began her career in her native Canada where she started out as a stage actress. With a strong reputation behind her, she broke into TV and film with roles. She relocated to Texas and began showing up as a blonde Texan babe in things like Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation (1995) and Texas Justice (1995). Then in 1999, she played Miss Davis and as a sexy teacher, her students got apop quiz in anatomy when they showed up to the strip club she was moonlighting at.
At first, her character is embarrassed, but then she owns it when she continued her topless pole dance.
Tonie stopped acting in 2004, but we're still hopeful for a comeback. Those cans deserve another shot to show off!
