For as media savvy as starlets have gotten over the past decade, accidents still happen, and Katy Perry is living proof, as she just showed the world her nipple in a see-through black dress! Camera flashes have a way of exposing what's underneath a woman's clothing, which is why many celebs - including Perry in this pic - opt for privacy patches. While we do detect a nipple patch here, it's no match for Perry's famous breasts, which proudly shine through!
