I'm pleased as punch to announce that one of the great all-time cheapo horror video bootlegs is finally available on DVD. Boarding House (1983) has charmed and fascinated hundreds (or at least dozens) of fans with its incredibly low-budget techniques (for one thing, it was shot on video and transferred to film), a Willam Castle-style gimmick dubbed "Horror Vision" that warns viewers before a gruesome murder is about to occur, and tons of female nudity. Director and star John Wintergate also appeared in Terror on Tour (1980). This one has to be seen to be believed!
