For your one-handed workout this week, we're bringing back a beloved classic that surely sparked a serious spandex fetish for at least a few guys out there: 20 Minute Workout, aka Aerobicise. Created in 1983 by fashion photographer Ron Harris (who went on to produce softcore videos like the Private Dancer and Totally Nude Aerobics series) for Canadian TV station CItyTv, 20 Minute Workout went on to syndication success throughout the US and Canada, where it continued to air into the 1990s.

Every morning, viewers were treated to fit, toned, big-haired aerobics instructors in leotards doing stretches and aerobics against a plain white background. The ladies exercised on a turntable, which slowly rotated in order to give the breast perspective on the bethonged butts, boobs smushed in sports bras, and spandex-clad crotches on display:

As the ladies in the audience sweated it out, so did teenage males of (every age), getting up early to pump one out to the 20 Minute Workout. One Mr. Skin staffer claims it's the only thing that ever gave him a no-hands shorts salvo, and its easy to see why- the foxy fitness instructors bounce and pump in groups, squatting in unison for a triple cheek peek; or in pairs, where they link arms to form a mouthwatering mirror effect of cleavage. In the group exercises and in the singles, the camera makes a point of closing in on lithe limbs and camel-toed crotches, with even the occasional glimpse of caged monkey.

Though currently unavailable on DVD, 20 Minute Workout has had something of a renaissance on YouTube, where literally hours of the 20 Minute Workout girls bending, stretching, bouncing and pumping are available for your right-wristed workout needs.
