Quentin Tarantino’s Oscar-nominated dramedy Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood (2019) is a fantastical retelling of the tragic summer that led to the Manson murders. It follows aging Western star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) as he adjusts to the newly-swinging Tinsel Town. He winds up living next door to hotshot director Roman Polanski (Rafał Zawierucha) and his sexy wife Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie) who shows off her scantily-clad bod at home and her bare feet at the cinema. Consequently, Robbie racked up an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. As hip chick Pussycat, Margaret Qualley wears a skintight top and a pair of Daisy Dukes when she rests her dirty feet on the windshield of Cliff Booth’s (Brad Pitt) car. Meanwhile, Squeaky Fromme (Dakota Fanning) lounges around without shoes or a bra on to parade her piggies and pokies. The star-studded cast also includes Al Pacino, Austin Butler, Bruce Dern, Emile Hirsch, Lena Dunham, Rumer Willis, and the late Luke Perry; with portrayals of Connie Stevens (Dreama Walker), Michelle Phillips (Rebecca Rittenhouse), Mama Cass (Rachel Redleaf), Steve McQueen (Damian Lewis), and Bruce Lee (Mike Moh) alongside stunt couple Janet (Zoë Bell) and Randy (Kurt Russell). Of course, we enjoyed watching Billie Booth (Rebecca Gayheart) and Francesca Capucci (Lorenza Izzo) donning itsy bitsy teeny weeny retro bikinis! In other words, the fetching ingénues of Once Upon a Time...in Hollywood gave Mr. Skin a happy ending. And when the picture won the Palm Dog Award at the Cannes Film Festival, we got a bone!
