Tomorrow is a big day. It marks the long-awaited (but still earlier than expected) debut of American Horror Story season six, and producer Ryan Murphy has still managed to conceal most of the series details, thanks to one or twenty misleading teaser trailers and an apparently nondisclosurecontract.
We know Lady Gaga, Sarah Paulson, Angela Bassett, Emma Roberts, and most other series stars will be back, and we know there will be at least a smallnod to the lost of colony of Roanoke (really), butthe rest isa maddening mystery. I, for one, am feeling especially enthusiastic about tomorrow night though - and it's because of one small pattern.
See, when the expertshere at Mr. Skin (OK, this time it was me) took a look at our content from seasons past, I realizedhow much the nude scenes had multiplied since season one. What began as an almost entirely clothed show incorporated orgies, thongs, and lesbian content by season five.Before we all tune in to tomorrow's episode with bated breath anda box of Kleenex, let's review the evolution of American Horror Story's best nude and sexy scenes, shall we?
Season 1: Murder House
The only person with sexy content in season one was Alexandra Breckenridge, who played the super hot maid ghost that seduced all the men to come through the house. She killed them too, of course, but it was a part of the initial season's theme: infidelity.
Season 2: Asylum
The only actual nudity in season two came from Lily Rabe, who portrayed a nun looking for punishment. It wasn't the only sexy scene, though - Jenna Dewan-Tatum made a cameo in a clothed sex scene with Adam Levine. The theme for the season was sanity - made pretty clear by its title.
Season 3: Coven
Season three was almost had a nude scene or two, but most (like this shot of a naked Emma Roberts in the bath) covered all the good parts. *Sigh.*
Season 4:Freak Show
Things fittingly started getting weird in Circus, when Angela Bassett donned pasties as a three-boobed woman. Still, though - American Horror Story wasn't necessarily a go-to for nudity.
Season 5: Hotel
And then out of nowhere, last season delivered more skintastic scenes than it had previously in the entire series combined! Lady Gaga joined the cast, baring her butt and doing several sex scenes wearing nothing but pasties. She locked lips in lesbian scenes with both Angela Bassett and the legendary Alexandra Daddario, wore more than one be-thonged outfit, and orchestrated many an orgy and threesome. That wasn't all, though - Chloë Sevigny bared her butt as well alongside the cursed blonde tourist cuties Kamilla Alnes and Helena Mattsson.
Naomi Campbell also made a cameo, stripping down to her skivvies before very unfortunately kicking the bucket. The increasingly awesome cast has obviously become more comfortable baring their Bs on set, and we can't wait for tomorrow's debut.
