Born September 22, 1982 in Queens, New York, she received her acting degree for NYU's famous Tisch School of the Arts before hitting the stage. Katie made her onscreen debut on the FX series Rescue Me before dating AJ as a character named Gillian on an an episode of The Sopranos. Miss Lowes mixed one offs on big shows like Ghost Whisperer, NCIS and Castle with small roles in movies like Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009), Super 8 (2011) and Wreck-It Ralph (2012). But a few brief stints on Private Practice and Grey's Anatomy must have left a big enough impression on series creator Shonda Rhimes since she soon cast Lowes on her new show, Scandal, as the Stanford Law grad turned OPA fixer Quinn Perkins. It's scandalous she hasn't been naked yet but she does look hot in her undies with good cleavage in the comedy Ghost Phone: Phone Calls From the Dead (2011). The fake Miss Perkins' very real and very perky breasts are a sight to behold, and boy would we like to be holding them, in what was clearly the high point of Miss Lowes' career. After voicing characters in the animated flicks Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018) and Vivo (2021), these days Katie is sticking around Shondaland by starring as Rachel in Shonda Rhimes' new Netflix show about a fake German heiress turned very real criminal, Inventing Anna. Hopefully Katie airs out her beautiful body with a scene in her birthday suit. When it comes to giving out wood, Katie is better than Lowes.
