Good news for all of you out there who have been lusting after Katie Holmes since her days as hot tomboy Joey on Dawson's Creek- Katie's attorney Jonathan Wolfe announced today that she is seeking a divorce from her husband of five years and certified crazy person Tom Cruise, telling People magazine that “this is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family.”
Looks like it's time to brush the Cheeto dust off of these sweatpants and go brush our teeth. Katie Holmes is single again!
