Like a poor man’s DeGrassi Junior High, Fifteen was a teen soap opera that threw itself into the usual long list of ‘issues’ (drinking, sex, bullying, blah blah) and drove home its message with performances that could best be described as stinky and scripts that could be best described as non-scripts.
