The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania District Attorney’s office is the setting for this short-lived ABC series. Various prosecutors, assistant D.A.s, judges, reporters, and several lawyers bounce their stresses and struggles off of one another, though the show hit the skids after only 26 episodes in 1990. Like many failed TV shows, Equal Justice showcased more than a few strong actors in wasted roles. In this case, you’d notice Joe Morton, Jane Kaczmarek, and Sarah Jessica Parker among all the lawyer-types.
