Cheers to Joy (2023)

It’s March 2020 and Véra Clément (Amel Charif), a young lawyer, is about to leave Paris and return to her home in Montpellier when the global pandemic lockdown basically traps her in the city. Her father is sick so rather than stay with her parents, she ends up moving to the apartment of her friend Hortense, who is also stranded away from home. This is how she meets Sam Berthier (Pablo Pauly), another friend of Hortense’s who comes to Véra’s aid when she gets a head injury. The two fall for each other quickly and, thanks to Covid, they are able to hole up together, just boning away and forgetting the outside world even exists. It’s an amazing nudecomer debut for Amel, who shows all three Bs while getting a snack from the fridge, followed by three phenomenal sex scenes where we see her French funbags. Cheers to that!
