Her new movie Antichrist is causing an uproar in Cannes and now naked Charlotte Gainsbourg’s chasse is doing the same thing on the beach.
Antichrist has been hailed by critics as a twisted work of genius, and was nominated for the Golden Palm, while Charlotte herself walked away with Best Actress.
And what better way to celebrate such a high honor than picking up some light reading, slapping on a nicotine patch, and changing clothes on a public beach?
Directed by Danish visionary Lars von Trier, the explicitly sexual and violent film also stars Willlem Defoe and contains not only a ton of nudity, but scenes of torture and mutilation that sent the festival audience into paroxysms of horror and disgust.
But none of that was on hand when Charlotte changed her clothes on the beach, revealing first her rack, then her rump, then her untrimmed rug.
She’s already won best actress, now where’s her furriest Gainsbourger award?
