A hot new Anne Hathaway trailer just dropped and the film also features Thomasin McKenzie. And does it seem like they are seducing each other? Or are they going to kill each other? It's a wild psychosexual ride and I cannot wait to see it, so let's talk about the trailer for their new film Eileen.
The plot follows Thomasin McKenzie as a mousey young woman who works at a prison. One day, Anne Hathaway dressed as a blond bombshell arrives at the prison as their new prison psychologist. Just like the HR meeting says, "She may be easy on the eyes, but I assure you: she is very smart." She may even be too smart and Thomasin might learn that the hard way.
Anne Hathaway going blond is really HOT. This is a look for her that I had no idea I would flip for. Anne's character is totally evoking a Hitchcock blond - she looks and talks like one, too. While dressed like Tippi Hedren from The Birds, she introduces herself as Rebecca. This is purposeful! The writer did name her after the Hitchcock film Rebecca. All of that should tell you something and that something is that Anne is a femme fatale in this film!
That leaves Thomasin's Eileen at the mercy of the exciting Anne as Anne encourages her intelligence, confides in her, dances with her, and comes on to her. Then she gets her involved in some danger!
The upcoming film is an adaptation of the novel Eileen by controversial author Ottessa Moshfegh who is best known for writing the novel My Year of Rest and Relaxation which is also supposedly getting a film adaptation to be directed by Yorgos Lanthimos. Not only that but Margot Robbie is allegedly set to star as her production company LuckyChap is behind the film. So, yeah, this novelist is doing pretty well right now with that pedigree interested in her.
If you aren't familiar with Ottessa's odd work, then you are certainly familiar with the nude scenes that both Thomasin and Anne have done (separately, of course, but now they might do them together!). Thomasin has shown off her perfectly shaped perky ass during a quick scene in The True History of the Kelly Gang. The native New Zealander should turn around and show off what's Down Under.
Anne was wild in Love and Other Drugs when she was a free-spirited young lady who ditched her top to show her breasts to Jake Gyllenhaal as well as in front of her doctor who had the pleasure of inspecting her breasts in a close-up.
But that's not all! She also had a sex scene in Havoc, wreaking havoc on pants around the world as we watched her go nude. To be honest, Anne does not get enough credit for anything, yet alone her nude scenes. I think we are seeing a giant Anne Hathaway comeback and I am here for it. I hope that her renaissance includes nudity because Anne is definitely looking fantastic these days - and she looks super hot in this trailer!
