Weekend at Bernie's (1989)

In the 1989 comedy Weekend at Bernie's, Andrew McCarthy and Jonathan Silverman are Larry and Richard, a pair of guys working for crooked businessman Bernie Lomax (Terry Kiser), who invites them to his island retreat to have them killed when they learn of his dishonest dealings. But the mob kills Bernie first, and Larry and Richard have to drag his corpse around pretending he’s alive so they don’t miss his fabulous weekend party. There’s no skin here, but beach bunny Eloise Broady shows off her bod in a yellow bikini. You’ll get a stiffy!
