Water's Edge (2003)

Small towns. They're never what they seem- in the movies, anyway. Such is the case in the 2003 thriller Water's Edge, starring Nathan Fillon and Chandra West as Robert and Molly Graves, a married couple who return to their tiny hometown after their world is rocked by a family tragedy. Depressed and broke, country living seems like just the thing to lift their spirits-- until Nathan stumbles on a police officer about to shoot a young woman execution style. The resultant discovery of a web of lies and corruption leads to some great cleavage and bikini shots from Chandra and pretty pawn Emmanuelle Vaugier, but the lack of any real nudity makes Water's Edge less Olympic-sized and more kiddie pool.
