Finding his wife in bed with his best friend sends a man off the emotional deep end in Truth or Dare?: A Critical Madness (1986). Mike (John Brace) is your average 9-5 schlub who is triggered into an emotional breakdown when he finds his hot wife, Sharon (Mary Fanaro) cheating on him. He starts playing imaginary games of truth or dare in his head which inevitably lead to a massive killing spree, including three elderly pedestrians getting machine gunned while waiting at a bus stop and a cheery child getting murdered with a chainsaw.Mary Fanaro stars as the slutty wife whose extracurricular activities spur a murderous rampage. She starts the movie out with a bang (literally) by baring boobs while getting boned 1-minute in. More mam from Mary 1-hour 13-minutes in when she washes her sudsy suckers in the shower.
